Losing Value?

Question really is am I losing value by not value betting river? Firstly could have re raised pre and should probably have bet flop, but was looking to check/raise. Was concerned being called by 2nd pair/straight on turn. By now had opponent on range J10, JQ, JK, AJ, AQ or some other K. Had in my mind to check/call any reasonable bet on river. Is this right or am I being paranoid about a better hand?

Value is lost from no re-raise preflop and again on the flop . By trapping you minimised what you were willing to lose rather than what you could have won. Mindset more than the cards but you play alot higher than my level.

this is all fine imo.

you can bet small on the river but it's a pretty weird board and a lot of hands he min 3-bets pre are ahead of you. literally the only one he might call with is QQ
