When to quit playing an online cash poker session

Hi

I find when i play cash i sometimes dont know when to quit. I end up doubling or trebling my initial buy in and then falling back down to my initial stack or worse losing it all.

Has anyone got any general advice about when to quit and cash ones winning. I.E do you guys have rules saying oh i have doubled my buy now i am leaving etc??

played 3 tables yesterday from about 6 ish, had 1 bottle of wine and was up on 2 tables, had 2nd bottle of wine and was up on all 3, had the 3rd bottle and woke up this morning £80 down!!, so answering your question ,the correct answer is leave after 2bottles of wine, glad i could help    phil

Love this reply! Had the same situation, went out on a Friday night came back round 2am cousin says lets have a session on sky woke up £40 down. Funniest thing couldn't remember a thing.
