arm cramp from online play

ive been getting cramp in my arm from lots of online play, any ideas to combat this, flexing streching etc

Have, many times, had arm cramp from much of my on-line activity too. Wrist, in particular, aches at times.

Only suggestion I have is to swop arms every night. Or get a bird. They seem to slow down the on-line activity.

Positioning of your arm whilst holding it is very important.
