The only people who can change the title on the thread are the Moderators and the opening poster. None of the moderators who are online at the moment have mentioned editing the title so not sure what is going on here. I have changed it back now.

I think it's a nice title,  assuming the one I'm reading is the right one....  which it might be.

Right back to Topic, (  or Snickers if you prefer BD )

Forums should be run for the people that are members.

These members should be able to actively contribute ideas to the development of the forum

Members should be able to take part in open discussions and be able to express their views without being abused

The forum should not discriminate against any individual for any reason, be that race, sex, or being an Omaha Player 

Just a few ideas to get the ball rolling

Thanks Jock & Dave...I talked to NeilDown this morning and he was not happy so I hope he see's the change back to the title soon.

Forum Rules was the original then it was edited to (not by me i might add) - Forum Rules the mildly off-topic version.. so then i changed it to Forum Rules - the mildly off-topic version edited by someone other than neil

Then i have a gander at the forum today and its How to run a forum for under eights

i find it very offensive as i turned 11 the other day and i start big school soon!
