They need to listen to the regs on this.... the site is DEAD between 6am and 12pm you are cutting into rake profits closing it at these times! And also disrupting mine and alot of peoples playing sessions please change your times we can't keep mentioning it everytime you do it! Its in your best interests to change your times rant over

Its shocking. I was just about to open a few tables but I may as well go to bed now.

They're lucky the standard of play on here is so bad otherwise they would lose a lot of their regular custom imo.

Seriously guys, I totally understand the need for maintenance but as James states why not between 6am- 12pm, when the site is less busy.... All these updates are killing me, please consider some new times ....

Hi everyone,

I must apologise with regard to the "site closing down" messages sent out this morning, as these were sent in error. Once the staff realised this they did send out further messages stating the site was not closing down, but obviously it was not a satisfactory experience for all of the players on the site. I am therefore currently putting further steps in place to avoid any repetition.

In all cases where the site is closing we will always put a ticker message up from midnight, and also post the details of the outage in the forum, plus send the relevant reminder emails to all tables nearer to the close-down.

Once again please accept my apologises...
