I had been playing NL10 cash for about 1 hour, no reads on the villain but their river shove can only be the flush? Right?

Beating, Ax and 6x that jams for value. I prob shrug call and mark it down as a cooler if we're beat.

He hasn't got the suited ace of spades in his hand or he would have raised pre or bet on the flop to build the pot.
So he doesn't have the nut flush. This is important because if he did have, say, the king flush he would have raised the turn as he was vulnerable to the lone ace of spades, especially with 3 other players still in.

I don't think he has the flush. I think he has a random 6 and backed into the straight. With 67 I would call. And maybe lose.

we'll never know, but if I had to put all my money on a hand, it'd probably be him having the bare ace of spades- it seems to fit everything. Check-calling the turn suggests he's drawing to the spade flush still rather than having hit it, and he's probably drawing to the nut flush. That means the river brings him the straight and he goes nuts, as they always do. Course, you could be losing- but you definitely have a strong enough hand here to call I think. A 4th spade and ofc you have to fold.

The more I read your responses the more I think I should have called. The thing that was nagging me was the old saying, "Don't go broke in an unraised pot." I prob would have called a small raise, but the all-in just smelt of a flush.

I think it's a call tbh, given that he could be over-valuing a straight, and he's only come alive when the straight has hit on the river.

Thats's what was going through my mind, but i kept doubting it, and then the time bar was running out so i just folded. It's a shame sky doesnt have a time bank for occasions like these.
