HU should i have folded??

this hand it at the end of a bounty hunter. once my c-bet gets raised should i have folded or was i right to shove? should i have even just shoved pre or raised bigger?? i figured the villain could have been making this raise with a flush draw and if he had a better ace then wd to him! so, what was the correct move here?
