Only been on this site a week but can't believe how many idiots there are on such a small site. My coin flips are running at about 95 to 5 against J5 calling my allin my AA allin preflop and get beat by 10 8. got 4 or 5 people marked down as good players and over 40 as donks. I know your going to say you want these donks to call but they get lucky too many times :(

    the bit i dont understand is you say you are 95/5 down on coin flips, dont see how this is relivant to "donks". if someone is flipping with you it normally means its about a48% 52% call so the play isnt really "donk" play. if you are saying you are just getting unlucky, then change the heading and good luck with the response you get  phil

    While we understand players get frustrated when beats go against them, being called a donk or an idiot isn't particularly nice either. Please think about that when posting on the forum.

    Think this could tie in a little bit with the standard of play on Sky Poker.
    Dave am I right in saying that a member of The Sky Poker Community has taken down the game on the Eve of every SPT event , Did Dan Brown not finish 4th in GUKPT not so very long ago is Sky Pokier not one of the only sites to show an increase in new members while most others are showing a downtrend.
    To me this shows that there are some very good / excellent players on Sky Poker
    But then again what do I know!!!

    No problem with you having an opinion DO_OR_DIE, but just be respectful to others in the way you express them.

    On a poker point, there used to be that old expression: 'Don't tap the glass'. If you think you're surrounded by fish, why would you shout that out for them to know? Don't you want to make the easy money etc?

    I highly doubt Tikay would ever call anyone a 'donk', 'idiot' etc. Well, unless it was me or Orford but he's right on both cases there.

    I hope I have never EVER called ANY player a "donk" in my entire life, & if I have, I would instantly apologise if you can find where I said it.

    I don't think like that, or talk like that, not now, not ever.

    Because a poker player does not play the game well, does not make them a bad person, or a lesser person.

    Some of us don't play as well as others, that's all there is to it. But we & they are not "donks", not at all. Not in my little world, anyway.

    "Respect your opponent", & you might beat him. Fail to respect him (or her), & you won't.

    And the notion that we can't beat bad players....well, it's beyond belief, only poker players could ever complain about opponents who are less skilled. You could not make this stuff up!

    Jeez, I blame Blandy for making me visit Area 51. Never again. Again......

    I'm happy to say it as it is, if guys an idiot he's an idiot.  Pokers an aggressive competitive game and if you cant handle a bit of needling then it might not be the right game.

    I do find  the fact that this guy is flipping with a success rate of 95/1 pretty sick.  Also interesting that this fact has been totally ignored.
