Huge congrats to rosjim

As i said on a previous thread, congratulations and commiserations to rosjim who played brilliantly in last nights Viva Las Vegas and suffered the cruellest of beats to exit.

However, the way in which he handled himself with dignity earns a huge thumbs up from me.

This is something we can all learn from and I for one would like to see him rewarded for this.

I'm gonna introduce my class act of the month award, and obviously its going to rosjim this month......

If the suits let me, then id like to see rosjim entered into Saturday's open and the entry taken from account

    I agree.

    I have only just been made aware of the circumstances of RosJim's exit.  I cant believe the way he has taken it on the chin.

    I do feel, however,  we should start a fund for him to replace the Lap Top he threw out of the window.  £5 pledge here to start the ball rolling  ;O)

    and also the window he smashed whilst throwing the laptop, he forgot to open the window first! doh!

    Was this aces full of kings losing to rivered quad kings that was mentioned near the end of the show?

    I think I would have thrown myself out of the window straight after the laptop. RosJim has shown total class and sportsmanship to handle himself in the way he has. Very deserving as the inaugral winner of this JB's generous award.

    thanks for the support guys as hursty will tell you this became a real slog of a game
    havnt experienced that amount of elation on flop and turn knowing my seat was virtually booked until the utter disapointment of the river
    theres always next month barring a lottery win i think this is the only way i can get to vegas lol

    At the table last night and subsequently on the forum, Rosjim proved himself to be first class in more ways than one.

    as for local live poker id try one of the casinos in leeds im told there quite good
    i dont play in a local pub team
