Probably the best time to fold aces?

These are the worst aces I've ever seen. It's the beginning of tournament, second hand, and it all seemed so well before the flop, and even on the flop. So, was it a good fold, or I probably was too cautious and should have shoved on the turn.

im not sure if i would bet that flop, i certainly wouldn't 3 bet it, you just inflated the pot with a vulnerable hand on the flop, i reckon you could have got to showdown with the chips you wasted

what nick said, i would keep the pot small on that flop to have to avoid such decisions for all my stack early.

Also once you have played the flop like that you have to go with your hand and jam the turn imo.

then watch in horror when they turn over KQ...

yep it looks like you've given yourself all the info you need here. pre flop if your a lot more aggressive he folds, which is fine but you dont want him to as you want to cash in on this hand. After he calls this hand and reraises, you know at the very least he has 2 cards above 9, and practicly all of these have you well and beat.
