Re-evaluate your play with every new card, hopefully you'll be playing your cards in late position so will be able to see the acts of other before you.

Use your chips to ask questions...find out where you are and listen to the answer...too many people don't hear the answers and end up calling off a big chunk of their stack with one pair on a str board.

Beware the value bet...if a river bet seems small in comparison to the pot..it is usually a value bet, be on guard if you’re holding a marginal hand e.g. 2nd 3rd pr.
