Why don't you just put him all in on the river? There's 4 clubs out so there's every chance he may have hit the flush & correct me if I'm wrong (it's late & it's been a long day!) but I can only see one possible hand that has you beat & that's if he has 7c9c.

There's just over £100 in the middle & if you set him in here then he's pretty much getting 3/1 on his money which should be called if he's holding a random club.

Edit: Besides the limp pre and the river bet I actually think the flop and turn is well played. Well maybe slightly bigger flop raise but thats splitting hairs.
