A little light exercise early followed by a high-carb meal at mid-day so that i have sufficient stamina for what is bound to be a gruelling event. Then an afternoon nap and some revising using Harrington and I should be all set up to donk off my chips first hand.
Congratulations Barry on some well deserved recognition - I hope that it goes well for you.
