    First time I have had the balls to enter the Sunday mini and I pulled it off - my first MTT win - now £662.50 better off. Follows up cashing in my last MTT at the begining of the month ... maybe I should play more! Nice to play against some of the names I had seen on channel 861 ... awe struck when MattBates was on one of my early tables. Played heads up with another 861 regular, Andrew1947, who seemed and great genuine guy. Rode my luck along the way, started badly, lost over half my chips, but clawed it back. Loads of great players out theie tonight in the mini ... all those that were at my table, and big thank you! Hopefully see you again soon.

    That first MTT win is a fantastic feeling. (I'm told).
     
    That was some tough final table, too. Andrew is very hard to beat, "sara" (Mark) is a serial winner here, & Bromley04 (Adam) is pretty tidy, another serial winner.

    I'm on an extended downswing in my preferred format, Bounty Hunters. Not complaining, it was fully expected after a lucrative heater at the end of last year.

    My last three wins have all come in the £2.20 @ 2-20 Rainman Deepstack, the latest today. Heads-up play lasted just one hand. After busting the third place finisher with an AKs over KT aipf hold I immediately picked up pocket KK, which also did the business aipf against AQ. #187

    haha yeah you're right there. Waller03 was clearly a big fan of mine but he has pushed on and on with his game. You can't begin to imagine how depressing it is when I'm not even the best Waller on the site. I console myself with the fact that I obviously inspired the lad to take up the game and I encourage the Waller04's and 05's of this world to join us.

    Also, I am the best Waller in my house. Granted, there are only 3 others, two of which are under 18 but this fact does help me sleep at night.

    Oh and Slip, do you really think I would be that stupid to call myself waller03 if I was multi-accounting??? Come on! Give me some credit. I would have gone for something a lot more subtle like wAlLeR03

    £200 gtd. @£11 Freeze-out.

    I was 4th/4 with ~10-12BB forever on the bubble with the other three all above 30BB waiting for me to bust. Fortunately when one of my shoves finally got called I had a hand and made the hold to pull myself back into it.

    Runner-up mkgunner was very unlucky a couple of times, including the final hand (below). Earlier he'd lost pocket KK < 86s aipf on the bubble (not to me). He played well throughout and would have been a deserved winner had it gone the other way. #189
