Hands per hour on sky?

Does anyone know what a good estimate would be for the number of hands per hour on the cash tables on Sky? I've just started using a spreadsheet to record cash results and this says that 70 hands per hour is a good estimate for 6 max cash. Is this a good estimate on Sky would people say?

I probably cant help JohnO but how many tables are you playing? thats prob the main factor

Playing 5-6 at the minute but I meant per table YG.

Only way to find out is to check hand history and count them. Just keep playing in hourly slots and take the average.

Or maybe film yourself playing and do it that way.
