Right, on a previous hand i had pocket Aces and raised from the button after it had folded to me 3xBB and the two blinds folded. Player 'x' had been playing quite often and was involved in too many hands (only in my opinion). This is the very next time i had the button and the action folds to me again, i want some action so just raise hopefully to get a caller from the blinds. I know normally that the pre-flop raise should be higher but am i right to want some action on this hand?

Player 'x' calls. Flop comes and he checks, i think about checking back but feel i need to build the pot as i have the nut flush draw and two over cards. I put a small raise in trying not to lose my customer and he 4-bets me so i shove thinking he is possibly on the flush draw himself or he has hit his Jack. Is this shove ok?

Did i price him in pre-flop with J,6 or is that a bad call by him? I didnt put him on 2 pair but thought he was capable of playing this with top pair or a set.
