1 in 5 qualify for SPT?

Hi all,
I'm new to sky poker and just played in my first tournament - satelite for SPT semi final.
It stated that 1 in 5 qualify. Is that just picked at random? I just got busted out at 13th, and how do i know if i qualified?

    1 qualify per every 5 runners so if there were 50 runners, top 10 would get seats

    If you were 13th then there would need to have been 65 runners for you to qualify
