NO - if you can't do it with 17 you probably won't do it with 20. If you were on 6k then yes take the add on. A 50% increase in stack is worthwhile. Otherwise save it and think of it as your next buy-in.

Yes. Always take the add-on unless you have a huge chip lead, you don't have a huge chip lead.
