Hard to really say without knowing your overall style.  Your raising some really weak hands in odd spots though, A6 UTG? 10Jo in a limped pot?

If you really want to break it down, you can't expect much help from posting hands in isolation.

Talk through your thought process in the above hands. Why did you do what you did?

Stack sizes/position/reads on opponents/plan post flop.....

You need to let people understand what you are thinking and why. Maybe then you can see where you're going wrong, and figure out what you should be thinking, and why u shud b thinking it.

Your first hand: Position, position, position! You shouldn't be playing A6 offsuit UTG. It's too weak.
Second hand: Not too much going wrong here. All-in on BB while short-stacked against a field of limpers. Good move. Unlucky.
Third hand: Again, not too much wrong. You raised pre-flop. C-bet the flop etc. etc. I guess you weren't sure if you were ahead or not hence the small bets which is ok.
Fourth hand: I would call the JT offsuit, but since you raised it I don't think you raised it enough. Your bet here should be 3 - 5 X the BB. Now you've let him flop a flush, he bets and you don't believe him. You should have thrown this hand away here instead you dug yourself a bigger hole.

Hand 1: Snap fold pre

Hand 2: Played fine got called by worse hands

Hand 3: I'd personally just snap fold pre, if I had a 2500 stack then I'd be more inclined to play it.

Hand 4: J10o in SB would fold again, and if I raised it'd be enough to get a fold preflop i.e around 40-50p
