if you had the best hand,then i suggest you contact cs about that.....it is very rare that the best hand loses...in fact i ve never seen it myself,but had a friend who had four aces beaten by 5 kings once...ws very funny story...but involved suicide queens,and one eyed jacks, or something like that....

maybe sky should introduce wild cards once in a while to help people with the worst hands...

also i suggest watching aerobics oz style everyday on ssports3 at 11 am,there are other times equally as effective, but it will really help your game..
