    Stuck some money on Murphy to beat Ronnie. Not a massive fan of Murphy but got a feeling he will beat Ronnie.

    Despite all my bets going wrong, I'm loving the snooker atm!

    Decided to have an acca on all the quarters.

    every player has got a chance in every game, so I've gone for the players I want to win.

    Allen to beat Williams.

    Selby to beat Ding.

    Ronnie to beat Higgins.

    Dott to beat Trump.

    19/1

    Shud get plenty of entertainment for a tenner bet.

    Ok so I managed to get 19/1 on.......

    Mark Williams (-3.5) v Mark Allen
    Ding v Mark Selby
    John Higgins (-1.5) v Ronnie O'sullivan
    Judd Trump (-1.5) v Graeme Dott

    Only stuck £2 on it.

    Ding cannot beat Selby, it's impossible.

    It's the ones who i think will win, wouldn't put money on it if i didn't.

    The Ding game is the hardest one, but as he is my bet to win tournament I will be faithful to him.

    Gotta admit i prefer Spalshies bet, partly cus ive back trump and ding to win the thing, trump is looking really good at the moment, ding a little fortunate last night but showed that fighting spirit that hes suppose to lack.  Think Williams looked nailed on to win, and hes hammering him right now, Higgins would have been the tightest game but i hate o'sullivan so would have gone for higins

    Yea Williams is the one guy left that I can route for. Be nice to see him complete his comeback by becoming world champ.

    I can't watch Trump his head just tilts me.

    I'd like to be able to support Ding, but he has the personality of a golf ball.

    And I can't support Higgins as he's the favourite, done it all before, and is pretty boring.

    Williams ftw I guess.

    I know what you're saying about Trumps head. I think it's the hair that does it.

    I'd like to see Williams win it now too. Higgins is a great player though, might not be the best to watch but he's the complete match/ tournament player.

    Gone a bit scrappy this Trum Junhui match, not sure who that would suit really but possibly Ding Junhui slightly more than Trump who has been potting them off the lamp shades so far. Fancy they might get to 8-8 after this morning so any odds against Ding probably value at this point.

    Good effort that Shaz. Trump is worst result in our book of the 4 left with plenty of Sky bet punters getting on at all odds from 80/1 downwards and particularly after he beat Robertson in round 1. Ding is also a loser in our book so whoever wins this match is not a great each way result, however, amazingly Williams and Higgins are pretty good results so we will be cheering them on in the final. Having said that a win for either Trump or Ding would be good for snooker so not a total loss. Good luck with your bet Shaz anyway.

    Not a good session at all for Trump there, first time since its started that hes had a shaky session, still think he will push ding all the way tho.

    Quick question for you, i know you said you head of snooker but do you know if skybet have any plans to join all the other major online bookmakers by offering guranteed best price on horseracing???

    I know so many regulars use different sites because of this, and as they are betting horses elsewhere, they tend to put other bets such as snooker footy etc else where also.

    Logically, if you put £10 on Higgins @ 5 -1 you will win £60.

    Therefore you are technically £10 down at the moment.

    If you put £8 on Trump you will win £21. Thus making you £3 profit (21 - 10 - 8)

    But do you bet to win £3 ?
