Tourney Idea - Mini Series SnG's
A lot of SnG players, especially those that play Heads Up, will come straight out of one tourney and immediately register for another. Why not save them the trouble of finding a table and re-registering by introducing Mini Series SnG's.
In a Mini Series SnG tourney you are registering to play 3 tourneys one after the other.
So a £1 Mini Series would be £3.15 to enter (3 x £1.05)
Many of us have played heads up and been desperate for a rematch for whatever reason, only for the timer to run all the way down to get the whole "rematch wasn't agreed in time" bit. With Mini Series SnG's, players who want to play more than once against the same opponent can be guaranteed that elusive rematch.
Perhaps a mini league table could be introduced just for these which would no doubt generate some initial interest.
I think this idea is particularly suited to Heads Up tourneys but maybe it could be applied to 6 seater games as well.
