its some along the lines of the following
100k hands of horse between now and the next year
Dwan paid Ivey $40k for the option to start a match with Ivey by the end of 2011.
ivey is giving him 5-1 on 2 million sidebet (durrr wins ivey must pay durrr 10mil)
if ivey is ahead after the 100k hands then dwan gets 96% of his losses back.
Dwan is playing 2k/4k limit, Ivey is playing 50k/100k limit
Dwan can buy out of the match after losing />$1million for $2million
Ivey can buy out of the match after losing />$1million for $10million
If Dwan initiates the match and Ivey refuses to play then Ivey owes $1million
Basically the 40k that dwan paid ivey is so that durrr on any given day/time can ring ivey and say basically lets do this if ivey refuses dwan gets $1million without having to move a finger.
