SPT IN LEEDS!!

HI ALL IM FAIRLY NEW TO SKY POKER AND I HAVE QUALIFIED FOR THE SPT IN LEEDS VIA A SATELITTE FOR £2.40 :) JUST WANTED TO NOW THOUGH IF I CAN BRING MY WIFE TO THE TOURNEY BECAUSE I LIVE PRETTY MUCH AT THE OTHER END OF THE COUNTRY AND MY WIFE IS DRIVING US UP THERE AND WERE STAYING UP THE WHOLE WEEKEND BUT JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF SHE CAN COME IN AND WATCH AND CHEER ME ON LOL??ANY INFO WOULD BE GREAT..AND IF SO IS ANY1 ELSE TAKING THEIR WIFE OR GIRLFRIEND TO KEEP HER COMPANY?LOL

    Hi Dan,

    There is normally a good number of partners at these events and they add to the atmosphere.

    Hi Dan, Lots of people bring along friends or partners but make sure they have photo-id, passport or driving license as I'm not sure what the entry requirements are for the Leeds Casino.  Having one of those will make sure you both get in!

    Mr SPT will post a new thread in here a few days before the event telling everyone what they need to do.

    In summary it will say:

    Bring photo-id
    Get there a midday to register (midday isn't essential but preferable)
    Make sure you meet the dress-code (that Mr SPT will post)
    Have fun!

    I'm flying up from Southampton as I couldn't face the thought of that drive!

    Wives/partners?  We come and play these for a rest don't we?  ;)  TBH i see a lot of partners at these events and they mostly look like they're sat alone waiting for their partner to get knocked out.  There are a few who get involved and enjoy the day though.  Not sure i'd enjoy sitting waiting for someone to get busted or win tho.
