Sporny old chap, I looked you up and have decided there must be something missing in your game lately me ole matey, my guess is that you are too aggressive in the deep stacks, try closer pot control until you are 90% sure you are in front--- slow play more pairs till you hit your set, wait until your hand is made, and try not to invest too much protecting hands early on in the tournie, it's much better to fold a good hand for 100 chips than to try and protect one for 1000---Try your very best not to get all your chips in without the nuts, at least until you are in the money-- A small tweak is all that's needed in your game--- most probably pot control is where you fall down atm--- gl m8--floppa whoppa!!!

you've had some good winning runs sporny, so you do know how to play a good game, just try to remember how you played when you were winning, I think it was probably much more carefully with less aggression and without tilting, a calm and relaxed mindset is optimal innit, make sure you get regular nookie!!!!---lol

Get regular nookie = best poker advice ever!  You'll win more and you'll care less when you don't.
