why can i notgo all in?

just played a tourny on sky.i raise 200, ply 2 goes all in for 205,ply 3 calls.why can i only call for the extra 5 and not go all in so i can push ply 3 off his hand to reduce the resistence against my hand?

    It's called an under-raise, for you to be able to re-raise it'd have to be atleast a minimum raise, for example, you bet 200, he pushed all in for 400, you could then re-shove to isolate.
