How to play pairs with one over card on flop?

as title says..


for eg if you have 10`s and the flop comes Q82 do you bet and if youu get any resistance shut down?i would like your oppinions on this as if you have a pair its more than likely to come with at least one over card ..... and i would like to know how the best way to play these situations are


p.s this is without reads on the player your vs

depends on reads and flop texture also important, ie how many draws, is it easy for worse pps to call etc

in general Im b/f flop, turn action dependent on board and villain and whether I'm  in position, but I certainly not always shutting down
