In Both Hands im the short Stack, In both hands im in the small blind with the other short stack in the bb, In both hands the 2 big stacks have folded.  Ok both my hands suck, and im unlucky to run into 2 pocket pairs but am i right pushing with any 2 cards in this situation?

IMO no, in both situations the blinds have passed you, i can't see the other stacks of the two players not involved but they can't have that many more chips than you.

Also, shoving into the chipleader is deffo not recommended, just fold and atleast wait for a decent hand, i.e. any PP, A high, K high.

I'd have to say the first one is the worst, you have like 10BB which isn't too bad, the other stacks will be similar, just fold and hope someone else makes that mistake !

it depends a lot on the BB and your image

First one is ok I think

Second 1 I prob fold as you should get looked up  light if BB is competent, I dont hate it though
