Game cancelled

Just entered a deepie and only 3 players cost 5.50 then said cancelled. It didnt say minimum players required, it wasnt 1 in 5 qualify so why cancelled. I noticed the other day that an 11 pound qualifier 1 in 10 only had 6 players and it ran with 1st prize 66 quid so if it minimum requirements as to number of players it should say. any thoughts
