Flopping middle set after flatting in posision pre. Action shown, shove or call.

This is against a regular forumite in the Open semi satellite, no notes. The reason why i flat pre is to simple control the pot with jacks and the knowledge the SB is sat out so at most this hand is going 3 way with me having posision at the end of it all.

I flop the set, and decide to try to disguise my hand by re-raising in which the opponent comes back over the top.

Opinions on what to do here?

I probably flat here too, especially in position on the turn.  I think this is probably the best option readless (or noteless rather).

However, playing Devils Advocate, on a super dry board like this does Raise/call look stronger and more suspicious than raise/raise?

Reraise pre flop, amazed you didn't. When he reraises just call and let him hang himself on the turn.

I like the flat pre if he seems taggy

Flat flop 3bet, doubt it makes any difference whether you call or shove though, he is bluffing close to never, both look really strong and there are very few if any scarecards on turn

im not sure thats possible. Its either all in on flop or turn going by stacks.
