1. I like the flop raise, just flat 3bet though, he has very few outs and less than a psb

2. wtf are you doing on flop

just shove turn, you will be pot committed anyway and any hand calls that raise calls a shove

bet river worse will call for 1/6 pot, and straights will bet themselves usually

I like hand 1.  Sometimes you have to give credit to the villain for being able to make a strong fold.  I doubt you're losing much value here by flatting the 3bet on the flop as any bluffs now should not be continuing.

I hate hand 2.  Even before I saw the hands against you I said out loud 'bet flop.'  If you had we should have the stacks in the middle before the board gets a little naughty.  As played I still shove the river.  They won't be able to put you on a straight and the odds they will be given will probably force at least one of them to call.  For how shallow our stack is I'm not worried about someone else having better.

When you hit a set and there's an A on board, it's like a dream come true. People love to get involved in pots with aces, and 4 way there is such a big chance one of them has hit that board. You were up against a guy with an underset and a guy with 2 pair, and you didn't stack them both.

At the river you should have just shoved, like grantorino said- straight bets itself. I think with your stack being so shallow in relation to the pot, the guy with the set at least calls, and possibly the 2 pair guy as well.

But seriously, bet the flop!!! Don't be so worried about chasing your customer away, you need to get money invested early to manipulate your stacks to be able to stack people. Leaving an entire street open makes getting stacks in very difficult unless it's a super cold deck.

Oh, and psb=pot size bet
