Shove or Fold? TPTK facing minraise on flop

In the past I was very nitty in these spots but recently I've started growing a pair and realising people bluff, is this just a snap shove or any chance I can fold seeing how early it is? Also I've seen this player make one crazy air bluff where he lost half his stack about 10 minutes ago.

    Shove, most of the time a min raise is from tards who will stack off with bottom pair
