Tracking and poker aids

I dont use any poker aids or any tracking sites etc, infact dont keep any stats (bit too lazy to be honest) and im not sure i totally agree with them - but what is sky's policy on this and do other people use any poker aids or tracking sites. And because i dont do you think this put me at a disadvantage - should i?

Sky dont track ur stats other then standard info which isn't really that great a help.
Personally 99% of people on here will not keep any stats but probably 10% of people review there sessions and learn from them
55% of percentages are made up btw
