What happend to the 3D graphics?

hi, i just wondered if anyone knew what happened to those lovely 3D graphics of the tables that they used to walk around?

Have to agree with you DJ... OMG did I say that out loud ;o)  The 3 D graphics were brilliant.  I know cost sometimes have to be saved but taking them away was a sad day

The penguin chewed through all the wires in protest at being lob-kicked by Blandieeee across the studio floor....

Penguins can be pretty scary when riled so the team abandoned the old studios leaving the penguin to exact total carnage on the old set while they moved into the relative protection of Sky Towers...

Plus, as always, it was Orfords fault!!

I started watching SkyPoker a few weeks before the end of the gfx but always seemed to find it a bit messy and cluttered. I much prefer the traditional studio setup they now employ.

That was possibly my favourite moment on the shows so far. To be fair, he deserved it. Totally outshone me, Broughton and Lobb on The Club.

The 3D graphics were fun but I'm actually with Saltr on this one - feels a bit easier to follow the action on a regular layout. Just a personal preference though.

Speaking of Dave on the TV... I was watching one of the promos on 865 the other day..  There was Dave B, sitting on his bed, staring at his lap top..   Like he was playing Poker  lol

I far prefered the old graphics. The new ones look like a GCSE project run on a Sinclair Spectrum. Especially when the chips "animate" to the middle. Shakier than me Aunty Flo's hands.
