Hi Everyone

In case you did not know, our very own Julian Thew is taking part in the EPT Champion of Champions invitational event in Madrid this week. He gets in as winner of a previous event at Baden in 2007.

Many of you will have met Julian at the Sky Poker Tour event in Leeds over the weekend and seen what a gentleman he is. He managed to bag a 3rd in the SPT and a 2nd on the Friday night. Let's hope he can complete the set and get a 1st in Madrid!

Obviously after outlasting all of Team Sky Poker, Team Knight Plop in the SPT and knocking Tikay out of the side event, all the other players will be quaking in their boots!

all of the above advice has been recorded for use tomorrow afternoon...i'll report back on how it goes.

i'm heading over there with two old foes of mine so at least we'll get to see the bright lights of madrid if it all goes belly up!
