What does this mean?

Not sure about limping pre but once you do that, post flop is fine.

I've noticed im many of your posted hands your happy to limp along with hands with intrinsic value.  I've seen you say that it is the table norm, limpy limpy, pretty confident to see alot of cheap flops right?

When you connect your bet sizing is strong and good, but going into the flop with 5 other junk hands then stepping on the gas really is a recipe for disaster bud, when its happening constantly.  This hand being a good example.  Forgetting the str flush draw you could easily be putting your money in dead at turn or river if a big spade falls.
