Hi just won some money on poker, my balance now after is correct from what ive won where is says next to my login, but when i go to withdraw it says i cant withdraw because that is more then my br. But the amount it says i have in my account on the withdraw page is the amount before i won the money :/ i won the money more then 20 minutes ago so surely it would of updated by now?

    Not sure what is going on there mate.

    Give Customer services a go,  I find the online chat is the best way to get a quick answer

    Oh one thing check in your account,  see if any of the money is being held back,  they sometimes do this after a win.  They don't hold it for long
