Being on the table about 5 mins so no big reads. All i've got is he has call a 5 bet with Q 2 then called my all in with pair of Queens

Would like you views as to hero call (only because its NL4) or just fold

Yep I would fold. 

I'd also fold pre flop, and raise abit more on the flop, 45ish

Theyre gonna call wide, bare A/K/Q of spades Jack x, 2 pair and set hands, as well as pair + a spade.

I hear there a tendancy to massively over jam strong in these levels.  He looks to be calling to catch up then catches up.  Bet bigger flop/turn I'd of said bud.
