Not sure how this works?

Can someone explain how I go about claiming this as last week I was supposed to be entered in the saturday tournament for free, was not registered at all in the named comp even after Sky telling me I was and after a few e-mails between myself and Sky I found this token in account, have tried to apply in same value tourney but it just keeps taking money from my account! Would be appreciated if someone knows if I am doing something wrong?

How To Claim Your Offers

Sports token - Go to place your bet, when your bet slip appears the token description will appear at the bottom of the bet slip in orange as long as the token can be used for that particular bet. Click on "use free bet" and the token will be automatically added to the stake.

Poker Tournament token - Go to enter a tournament. As long as the token can be used for the tournament the token value will appear on the buy in screen. Buy in to the tournament as normal, your token will be automatically be used to enter the tournament.If the tournament value exceeds the token value your own funds will be used to make up the difference.

Vegas Game token - Go to play the game which the token is available for. The token value will appear on the top left of the game screen. Your token will be used automatically when you start playing. If the spin value is less than the token value the remainder of the token balance will be used for the next spin until your token is fully used. If the spin value exceeds the token value your own funds will be used to make up the difference.

This token would have been used had to tried to register yourself in the tournament Saturday night.  As it happens that tournament was cancelled and all players who did registered in it were reentered into a tournament Sunday night.

Since the token was refunded it will probably be in everyones tokens section of their account.  I assume it's worthless now but as Barry says, probably worth contacting customer services as you never got registered in the Saturday or Sunday tournaments.

when the comp was called off on Saturday, those who had paid to enter was given there entry fee back and entered sunday for free.  those who had won free entry, was given a £1.10 token, and also entered free on sunday.

Like chris, my £1.10 free token is showing in my account, and like chris im also unable to use mine also, ive had free tokens before and its never been a problem jsut cant use this one.

It's because it's for a specific tournament, also it expires on 24/05/2011.
