I think the first one you can much simply becaue there are so mnay rg aces or any suited aces in his range. Since he limpe call i expect him to have rag ace or maybe he hit 2 pair. Simply because of the amount of pssibilities he has i dont think your ever winning in that spot just let it go and he will spew his money later on the limpers always do 

However the second one is a tricky spot and its really player dependant. So based on that you have no reads i'd let it go. AJ is more likely in his r=ange here but sometimes 10Q may be. I cant see him doing this with a flush draw on mnay occasions becauseof the strenghth your representing. Its not worth rsiking your stack on chance your head where he may have numerous re draws
