I dont think you do alot wrong here.  Only thing is you fire off a small probe bet at turn to ask a question it seems?  Then your wary enough to check call river?

But he makes it soooo cheap on the end.  Not a lot wrong

Might raise more pre as OOP with two limpers.

Flop I'd make it £2 but that's a little nit picky.

Turn just half-pot is weak if you're scared of flush it's better to just check call.

On river there's £12 in the middle with him left with £12.67, I'd just get it in, 10 changes nothing, flush is already there and 56 is already there but check calling is fine although if you're going to check call here I think check calling turn is a must imo.
