Last chance Vegas

So who's up for Vegas action today? I've set aside most of today to have a last shot, and looking forward to it.

One thing that's a bit confusing about the lobby though is there's still a quarter final highlighted at 5pm. I guess that's a mistake? Should be earlier if its meant to go somewhere.

The 5pm semi should be £110!

Maybe they could do a 2pm quarter at £13 quid too, i would defo have 1 last minute shot of this!

There is a semi listed at 5pm for £110, but it's not highlighted. The quarter finals and QF satellites just seem to have appeared in error.

The semi directs are double a QF but I prefer a 1 in 5 chance. And this first one has been a bit wild. Gone from 5 players to heads up in level 2. And it's 10 minute blinds! Chip lead in 20mins though will do me nicely, especially if I can then take a break until 5pm. Otherwise, I'm onto the next one.

Obvious brag coming.* But that semi direct lasted 26 minutes. Into the semi, and I can go enjoy the rest of the afternoon before settling in for the semi-final at 5pm.

Get in there and get qualified. Good luck!

Why is there a Qtr-Final at 17:00 with 4 runners already,
for a Semi at 21:00, when the last Final is 21:00 tonight?

What a mess all set to play in the Vegas Semi Final at 5pm and it moves to 6.30pm. This means that there will be no break before the final if you are lucky enough to get through. What are SKY playing at??????

I'd rather have the break too, but if it gets an extra final seat up for grabs in the semi - fair enough for those who played the QF.  Doubt the final will start at 9pm at this rate. Still, no work tomorrow!

Its my pub league poker final this evening starting at 6pm. I was looking forward to playing in that if as likely I had busted out of the 5pm semi and not made the final. Now I won't be able to play. Sky are becoming very unprofessional in there scheduling. An organisation such as sky should not make such basic mistakes. It gives a very poor impression of the management team.

I see your point if it's made a mess of your evening. I tried to ask the question on twitter about the start time to the highlighted QF, but they thought I was asking about highlighting satellites into the QF. So they must be playing catchup in more ways than one.

The Vegas thing doesn't effect me at all but this isn't the first time.

While I'm sure its annoying, given that its the last vegas qualifers of this year I think that is ok that SKy do what they can to allow the most people to play.

Hi Scotty, I agree that its good for more people to qualify, but its still unprofessional by sky.  I will probably be losing out on the chance to win a share of around two grand in the local pub league.

Well it's 21.09, the Vegas final started and there's 2 of us qualified from the semi not in it yet. Hoping there's a fix coming, because this is annoying and hardly unforseen.
