I think leading turn is your only play here.  It does potentially disguise your hand but more importantly it allows you to value bet river larger.  No point making your hand then not getting another penny in the pot as happens here.

You're only check raising a slim range on the flop that the turn doesnt help.  But even if he thinks you potentially made your hand he still very well may have a hand that he feels he wants to improve to, or is prepared to call to see if you fire river, or make a play at the pot himself.

im raising on that flop to £2.50 ish and yes im leading on that turn u will never get max value 4 these hands if u dont do that.
