Just had a look at poker stove & the AT is a very marginal favourite when the chips go in but it is marginal.
In Response to this website is fixed : Goodness me, that is a bad run. As a gesture of goodwill, as that is very unlucky, I'll organise a Free Entry into a TSP Classic for you. Just send me all the Hand Histories to validate your statements, & the free TSP Classic Entry is all yours. Posted by Tikay10
But on the last two hands, you are behind when the money goes in!!! Due in no small part to your awful bet sizing!!
Why dont you post some hands on the clinic and get some feedback and advice on how to play these hands in the future - that will be more valuble to you than a Tourny entry mate, seriously, lots of people find it useful.
Also I think you have some general misconsensus of what A) constititues being ahead and what hands are ahead when.
I seem to be having continuous bad luck, especially against players who play like this!!!
I raise pre flop with JJ, they call with a 5 and 4??? flop 3, 4, 9, should be the perfect time to go all in with pocket overcards but not on here. Yesterday all in with aces, someone calls with JQ, what do you know they hit a straight. What can you do? Honestly....
Yes, i see the logic here, the website must be fixed because you are losing.
People tend to forget that poker is about losing as much as winning. without betting raising and folding (the skill), Its a random game of luck. like rolling a dice. Over time and millions of hands we would all pretty much break even.
Its only the skill edge in poker (or lack of it) that seperates the long term winners, losers, and the break eveners.
Thinking its fixed, because you are down to 2bbs and lose a standard flip, is not a good way to improve your game. maybe concentrate on why you are down to just 2bbs. Also posting loads of standard hands in the vain hope of getting an mtt entry is rather pathetic

Absolutely - an apple for the teacher works much better.
In Response to Re: this website is fixed : why bother? you'll just play perfectly but eventually get sucked out on Posted by grantorino
I do not believe any site is fixed in favour of any one individual - but.... I do believe the sites software is programmed to respond to certain situations, these situations become most apparent with the performance of the RNG.
I think it's been said but blaming the site for holes in your game isn't the way forward. Yes you can play brilliantly at times and still lose but that's the beauty of poker.
Over time as proved on this site and others the better players make the most money and they are playing on the same software as everyone who blames the site and not themselves.
Oh and some of the above examples are not bad beats but bad play.

The old one's are the best )
i have four going at the same time sometimes more..... including cash games........
but if u want i will keep a log of which ones from now on...
good luck with your note taking
I fail to see how that last hand is a bad beat.....it all went in PF and your oppo was ahead?
Sure the turn and river are nasty for you but still, if you had been him and the ace on the flop held, wouldn't you be complaining then?
Your shortstacked in both hands. Where is the bad beats that made you short stacked?
