Poker Points - How do you get into the qualifier for the TSP!?

Hi all, i really didnt know who to ask about this but i have recently started playing alot of poker and have seen that i am raking in the poker points, mainly in MTT's and have also noticed that i am 21st in MTT's in the whole of skypoker and wondered where you actually need to finish at the end of each quarter to get into the qualifier to become a member of TSP and if it is on Total points or if there are certain leagues for the different catagory, any help will be greatly appreciated,
