I've qualified to the SPT cardiff but i am unable to make it due to a prior arrangement i was unaware off. a poker buddy who is also a long serving member off sky poker is able to make anyway i am able to change the entry name ?

Pretty sure seats are not interchangeable, this has been debated before but I think the right course of action is to contact Customer Services.

SPT may be able to confirm this
