Replying to e mails..

Just thought id add a note saying if you are trying to e mail sky customer care team can you tell me if you get a reply! ive sent 4 now and yet nothing back!
Anyone else having this problem?

I have just got a reply from sky from my e mail monday,,they have appologised for the slowness etc on here at the mo and are doing all they can to rectify the problem which is gr8 news community, hopefully this will be sometime soon
