Team Comp

there have been a few new teams set up lately mainly in the forum DTD where the atmosphere has been unbelievable and brought a new dimension to the comp.

does anyone feel the time has come to start another team challenge on Sky poker again, and, if so, please leave your ideas on this thread.

    I read with interest that there's a "collusion" answer.
    I find this tricky to believe. I know that in my own team "lue on blue" (or more accurately "orange on orange") eliminations are treated as extra special, rather than letting the side down. I'm pretty sure the lesser teams would have a similar policy. Bring it on.

    Lets doooooooooo it.

    I'll start the recruitment process immediately. 

    With the size of some of the teams though you guys are prob gonna have to split into Total Knitty Plonkers first team, and Total Knitty Plonkers reserves.

    Hoggers on the bench obv.

    Anyone with multiple addictions fancy joining team DOHH? - PM me! 3/4 spaces available. Most severe addicitons get priority obv. Just don't make the mistake that half my team made and admit your a gambling addict on the forum though.

    yeah i'd def be up for this.

    as for collusion, it can't see this being a problem at all, in fact i was busted by fellow TPTer sporny in the DTD last night

    the only problem i can see is the fact that each team has a different number of members but i guess there can be a way around that??

    Defo up for this. I think however most members of old teams are now part of the 3 that have reformed. I certainly know theres a few from other teams that have joined various ones.

    We managed team games last year despite being TKP....I was Team Yellow AND WE WON THE LEAGUE!!!!!!!!!

    Seeing our Captain of Vice get busted for Team Green was particularly satisfying IMO ;o)))

    It didn't prevent us being a team before or after the event...only during, so for that reason...

      a knock out heads up tourney, seed team members apart from each other to start with, then as tourney gets to later stages you may draw your own team members, count positions for team event and also the individual heads up champ, this way you can have as many entrants from each team but just count so many towards the comp, say 5 or up to 10 for example.

    yeah fwiw i agree, when u get hundreds of ppl per team i dnt think it really works, its almost impossible to keep track of who's who

    when it was done before wiv 10 per team it was much better IMO, as soon as u exited a tourny, u cud check the lobby and rail whoeva is left in from ur team

    althou wiv the state of our team atm if we cud make it teams of like 3/4 that wud b great! ;-)
