Any tips on preventing tilt when this happens constantly?

How can you stay off tilt when this continually happens on this site? i aint fussed by the point my aces got busted no hands guaranteed to win but for real?? it happened to me again against the same person not with aces though, i dont blame him at all he was a decent enough player i was just pointing out this seems to always happen to me when i play sky

lol you lost 1+1/2 bb with aces.........87 btw is the hand that statistically beats aa the most.....(on every site)

ps if you are tilting over a couple of bb's you need to take a break....

????? the guy only had less than 2 bb's
