Just a quick comment on my fold of qq earlier which Carlo said must be a missclick
In all honesty i folded the hand, the player i was up against had earlier played a set the exact same way when i was holding the nut flush and doubled me up but on this occasion i had raised pre got the call off him then afater betting flop got raised off him so i reraised to try to find out where i was in the hand and after seeing his 4 bet repop to £30 i thought it was better to let the hand go in that spot when i only had about £13 invested and wait for a better time,
Like Carlo says poker is a neverending game and i like to have the right feel for the hand im playing before commiting my stack and in that situation it didnt feel right to me.
Cant always be right and well done to him for pushing me off

one of the biggest problems that people face in poker is folding overpairs to the board.
you made a great fold that given the action would be correct a large amount of the time.
don't be results orientated. espeically as the guy didn't outplay you. he overplayed his hand. the villain int eh hand with 78 on a 7 5 3 (I think) board made a bet that was never gonna get called by a worse hand.
if he had made the same bet with say K9 on a 753 then you can say that he outplayed you but on that kinda board with his hand, then in the long run he will be outplaying himself but totally unaware of it
Thanks for the reply guys and all your comments i will take on board.
Dont worry though i wouldnt be folding over pairs very often but like i said in that situation it didnt feel right to me and one thing i didnt say in my first post is that i never stay at a table where any of the players make me feel uncomfortable or take me off my game in any way, in which case if i am staying there its because i feel as if i have some edge and because of that i will let the odd winning hand go knowing that i will get better chances of getting the chips later ( sorry if that sounds like i am being big headed in any way because that is not my intention ).
Only just started playing on sky poker and ive got to say its fantastic with all of the help and comments from the presenters.
Hi guys, i have been relatively card dead tonight but iv played abc poker and made a profit so it shows that it does work as to my fold with JJ earlier in the night, i did put greg on a big hand, have beeen running rather bad lately and have lost with jacks countless times so thought there would be a better spot and decided to let this one go. Not a good fold over time i know been a very enjoyable show tonight, keep up the good work! Dave.
